Important: All TeriPod™ systems are built to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Built-to-Order Policy
TeriPod™ Apex and Neo systems are custom-built to order in Arizona. Because each unit is assembled specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have entered production.
Order Cancellation
- Before production begins — Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- After production begins — Cancellations are not accepted once your order has entered the build queue.
Defective or Damaged Units
If your TeriPod system arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order reference number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect or damage
Warranty
All TeriPod hardware carries a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, liquid damage, or use outside of stated operating conditions.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription plans (Link, Breeder, Elite) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.
